Master Frederick Wrigglesworth lived with his family at 135 Hindle House Arcola Street Hackney E8. On the night of Wednesday 18th September 1940 he was at home with his Mother Rose and Father Fred. All three of them were killed when a High Explosive bomb dropped from an enemy aircraft hit the flats causing them to collapse. Frederick was buried at Abney Park Cemetery Stoke Newington on 26th September 1940 in a common grave with parents and his Grandfather Fred Burdon who was visiting them and also died in the blast.
